Brent Huff and a husky-voiced Kari Wuhrer are two cute detectives working, almost as if they're glued together, on a case with sorority girls being killed at some Hawaiian resort hotel. Fred Olen Ray time means fun time and cheap business as usual, which in turn means plenty of naked showers, bikini hot tub parties, red herrings, bad acting and a police chief named Hugh Janus. It's terribly dumb, predictable and a waste of time but the car-chase in the beginning is not bad at all and Debbie Rochon is always watchable.
