A sequel in name only, and perhaps not even that. A cheap and cheesy mixture of the original movie and Midnight Express. Pretty American tourist Kimberly Kates is caught with her pants full of drugs and sent to a Czech prison run by wicked warden Magda (Brigitte Nielsen) and her lesbian guards who use the prison for snuff-moviemaking, prostitution and drug-manufacturing. Kimberly's sister thinks it's a drag so she decides to stage a resque operation with the help of a dude whose sister was once killed in the prison. Oh hell, you know the rest. Everyone gets nude and in bed and showers a lot. Strange, though, the only one who doesn't drop her clothes here is Playboy model Kari Kennell (as the sister). Brigitte Nielsen wear a suit and tie the whole movie and at the end there's a breakout and everyone starts shooting. Not too exciting.
