The drugs rule the city. Or at least the press say so. Poor police chief Yaphet Kotto is scratching his toupé. As if he haven't enough to worry about already he also have to keep an eye on Kick-ass Traci, a not very good detective but with a heart of gold and her own intuitive way of dealing with the riff-raff (that is kicking their balls off or beating them with a stick). Now slimy drugdealer Salvador is running amuck killing all his competors so Kick-ass Traci must stop him. Routine cop melodrama saved by an honest performance by its lead.
