Adrenalin: Fear the Rush
USA 1995. Director: Albert Pyun
Cast: Christopher Lambert, Natasha Henstridge, Nicholas Guest

Get inside the fucking building, kill the damn monster and get the hell out of there again. Movie premises don't get more simple than this, but helmer Albert Pyun (Nemesis) obviously know his basics and keeps it simple. Set somwhere in the future, Natasha Henstridge (good) and Christopher Lambert (his usual) are two police officers who are called in to wipe out a mutant who's hiding in a large building. The mutant is carrying a virus which can infect and annihilate mankind as we know it. There's some stupid stuff here and there (like repeating shots of the mutant's teeth), but it's really nothing to be puzzled about. Atmospheric, claustrophobic and extremely violent, Adrenalin is not great art, but a knock-out winner in all other departments.
