Black "horroromedy" which wouldn't
be of much interest if it wasn't because Rollergirl is in it. Rod Steiger
plays yet another religious lunatic frying bad guys in his homemade electric
chair. Why is it that Rod Steiger always gets to play the loon one these
days? Because he's fucking good at it! It would also be nice to know what
the always-good but once-great Lauren Hutton does in a film like this.
That said, Guilty as Charged is stricktly for fans of Heather Graham
who want to know what their favorite did before rolling in on Hollywood
main street and hitting mainstream stardom.
