The Cave

A group of explorers are trapped in a huge underground cave somewhere in Romania where ugly flesheating monsters are waiting for them. To stay alive the group must go further and further into the darkness and the unknown. Glorious cinematography, a couple of staggering set-pieces and an all-too-briefly-appearing babe Piper Perabo saves this otherwise predictable and shallow cave-spooker from becoming a cave-snoozer. And let's not mention The Descent.
